Riley has always believed that real-world experience and formal education go hand in hand. While there's no substitute for getting your hands dirty in the shop, earning industry certifications, professional credentials, and advanced degrees provides the technical knowledge and foundation needed to succeed in today's ever-evolving automotive industry.

Riley leads by example. While running Riley’s Rebuilds and mentoring the next generation of automotive enthusiasts, she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis’s McKelvey School of Engineering.

Our Continuing Education Fund helps support the young men and women of Riley’s Rebuilds as they pursue opportunities to expand their skills through technical training, industry certifications, specialized courses, and professional development.
